We have the Karate Kids here from Cape Town Last year they took all the trophies - hope they do as well this time. What a pleasure to have them back again.

The IRB 7's games will be played in Port Elizabeth on the 7th and 8th December at the Nelson Mandela Stadium. This is going to be a HUGE event. Non stop Music and festivities. Please South Africans, do NOT wake up the week or the day before - do your bookings now to ensure you have a place to stay.

This weekend we have the Donkin Dash - skate baording comp.
Should be good - stalls, kiddies amusement, Algoa FM.
Also we have a new Restaurant around the corner at the Grand.
Italian fine dining - a must try!
