Celebrating Industry Inspiration at the IPSA NR Graduation.

We’re incredibly proud to share that one of our very own sales representatives, Lizelle Champion, recently took to the stage as a guest speaker at the IPSA Northern Region Graduation. Bringing her signature passion and energy for the packaging industry, Lizelle delivered an inspiring address to the graduates — sharing insights, experience, and a genuine enthusiasm for the future of packaging.

In addition, Lizelle has recently joined the IPSA Northern Region Committee, where she heads up Education alongside a fellow industry professional — further demonstrating her commitment to developing future talent within the industry.

Moments like these reflect what we stand for at Packaging World: not just delivering solutions, but actively contributing to the growth and development of the industry and its future talent.

Alito Fund 2 is a 51% black women-owned investment fund, and together with RMB Corvest, they bring strong strategic, financial and operational expertise to support the business’ long-term growth ambitions.

Founded in 1995 by Dean Gianni, Packaging World has grown over the past 31 years into a leading South African manufacturer of specialised flexible plastic packaging, supplying reels, bags and pouches primarily to the FMCG food sector. Our success has been built on strong customer partnerships, continuous investment in technology and people, and an unwavering commitment to quality, innovation and reliability. Supporting this growth and stability, Operations Director Chris Burnand has been the backbone of the business in operations for 22 years and will continue in his role.
