LabourSolve pro-actively deal with all staff issues by ensuring legal compliance as well as appropriate policies, contracts of employment, advice and procedures to prevent unwanted, unforeseen costs when dealing with all internal issues inclusive of dealing with unions, ill and/or underperforming staff as well as misconduct and retrenchments.
Basic Legal Degree/ Three year HR/ IR Degree/ Diploma would be preferential for a successful candidate
Duties will include the following (but not limited):
• Chairing of Disciplinary inquiries,
• Ill health and poor work performance consults,
• Retrenchment. wage negotiations, Union meetings etc
· In order to address workplace concerns between employees and employers.
Job Skills:
• An assertive, proactive person who can think on their feet
• Good interpersonal skills and good understanding of people
• Good job ethics in that he/she would be required to eventually perform much of his/ her
functions without being supervised.
· Definitely an extremely positive attitude a priority
• A dedicated person who does what it takes to get the job done
• A basic legal degree or diploma in IR/ HR or Industrial Psychology
• Company vehicle provided. The employee will be entitled to full use of the company vehicle, upon being made permanent. The job entails visiting client’s premises, on a daily basis,
Junior level position, will be assisted and trained by Senior partners, if it is needed.
Salary – R11500.00 monthly

Vacancy/ Job - Industrial Relations Consultant
Three year HR/ IR Degree/ Diploma would be preferential for a successful candidate
Duties will include the following (but not limited):
• Chairing of Disciplinary inquiries,

• Facilitating group sessions to address and improve communication, motivation, inspiration, mentoring, identifying personality profiles, addressing the culture atmosphere in the workplace, improving relationships amongst employees and employer, canvassing employee concerns/ issues, discussing the best possible remedy with managers/ supervisors to these concerns,
• Intuitively knowing people and being able to bring out the best in others
• Being able to inspire and motivate others
• In order to address workplace concerns between employees and employers.
