Using either the stove or the microwave method, combine the oats, water, milk, and salt and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the oats are thick.ย

โ€ข Heat a large nonstick pan coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
โ€ข Put all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
โ€ข Scoop about ยผ cup of batter per pancake onto the hot pan. Cook until tops are covered with bubbles and edges look firm (about 2 minutes).
โ€ข Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until pancakes are done.
โ€ข Serve warm topped with your favorite topping.

Add to a shaker:
