โข Heat a large nonstick pan coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
โข Put all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
โข Scoop about ยผ cup of batter per pancake onto the hot pan. Cook until tops are covered with bubbles and edges look firm (about 2 minutes).
โข Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until pancakes are done.
โข Serve warm topped with your favorite topping.
