Bootcamp at Luv2BFit on a Thursday is for all and yet the men are in the minority. Bring your to class on Thursday at 6h15pm and break a sweat. Us and are bringing it and we challenge the to give it a try! Even the score and see who wants more.

This is Tia from Luv2BFit to inform all the females that there is a Femfit class with me as your instructor this evening at 6pm - Lansdowne Methodist Church Hall.
You will need a mat, hand towel, water bottle and bring hand weights if you have.
