PAYROLL ASSISTANT VACANCY

A position has become available at Reel Pay, a payroll company servicing the film industry.

We are looking for someone who is professional, efficient and organised.

Your responsibilities will include:
Data capturing
Payroll related administrative duties
Ad doc duties as required to assist the payroll managers

Tertiary Education preferable
Organised, thorough and systems orientated
High level of attention to detail
Computer literate
Skilled in MS Excel and MS Word
Be able to work under pressure and stick to deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

UIF-Covid19 TERS SOUTH AFRICA-UIF COVID-19 TERS

Has your company reduced your working hours and salary due to COVID-19 affecting their business? You could be eligible to qualify for 'Reduced work time benefits' from UIF. You can apply by submitting the following to UIF:

- UI-19 and UI-2.7 (completed by employer)
- UI-2.1 (application form)
- UI-2.8 (bank form completed by bank)
- Letter from employer confirming reduced work time is
due to the COVID-19 pandemic
- Copy of ID document

The UIF has relaxed some of their processes to accommodate the current circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and will now accept all applications through email, fax and Dropbox. Alternatively, you can apply online via uFiling.

It is important to note that this is a separate benefit scheme to TERS, and cannot be claimed at the same time. As it stands TERS will run until 15 August 2020, after which employees can claim for 'Reduced work time benefits.'
