Still running 😅keep running, keep working, keep improving, keep living
So guys here it is, 7 half marathons in 7 days. Matthew and Frank are taking the challenge in order to launch our YouTube channel and to share all our running experiences with everyone. We really hope to inspire everyone to get out there, be active and change their lives one step at a time.

Tomorrow we take on something crazy, something we have planned and entered for but couldn't do. We'll be doing the Comrades legends run starting from our front door and finishing at our front door. If you see us out there on the roads tomorrow please give us a hoot and a shout of encouragement as we take on 90kms. We'll be running various routes around Cape Town with each one planning their own race and how they intend completing the 90km over 12hours starting at 0530.
