I am grateful for friends, near and far; estranged or close.
I am grateful for family; you gotta love them you have no choice.
I have danced, I have fallen.
I have won and lost, both sweet and sour at the same time.
I am loved, lost, been hurt, knocked down but also flown and have known love.
I miss you mom; my biggest hurt and knockdown of my life. I honour and cherish you forever.
Thank you to friends, foes, loved ones and every single person who has helped transformed me into who I am today. By God’d mercy and grace I am alive, saved and full of hope, even in these extremely challenging times. Mostly I thank God for my son, Cooper, whom without I simply, would not be! To the next 38 +20!

Today 8 years ago, was one of the toughest days of my life. The loss of your mother, no matter how old you are, changes your life forever. You were my first friend, and will be my forever friend. You never really get over the loss, but you learn to love with it. And as time has gone on, my heart still feels a little bit empty, a little bit sad. But I am so grateful for the 30 years that I did have with you, all the love you gave me and all the things you taught me. I miss you 🧡 ♥️ 💛
