Job description

Rabcon is seeking an intern to join and work alongside the team providing Financial and Administrative support ensuring the smooth running of the business.

Role

Assisting with day to day administrative tasks
Ensure accurate capturing and filing of invoices
Assist with preparation of Management Accounts
Run reports on a weekly / monthly basis
Communicating and corresponding with clients and supplier
Preparation of required supporting documents

Skills and Competencies

Financial Accounting knowledge,
Fair Administration Background,
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail,
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint),
Ability to work across functionally

Minimun Requirements

Must have a valid National Senior Certificate: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent,
Must have N6/Diploma Finance/Accounting
Positive adentity document: SA ID or Passport with valid Asylum
Driver's license is an advantage
Must be unemployed and be willing to participate in all learning and work experience required by the internship
