Printing SA is proud to mark an important milestone in our commitment to skills development and the future of the printing, packaging, signage and visual communications industry.

In 2026, we launched a fully funded three-year artisan programme supporting 16 apprentices, providing them with access to tuition, stipends, academic support and practical workplace training across our Central, KwaZulu-Natal and Western Cape regions.

With an investment of approximately R4 million over three years, this initiative is about more than funding apprenticeships, it is about creating meaningful pathways into employment, strengthening technical skills and developing the talent our industry needs for the years ahead.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Shave & Gibson Packaging (Pty) Ltd , Aluminium Foil Converters , Shereno Printers , Lithotech South Africa ,Ren-Form Group of Companies ,Masterpack Cape ,Stripform Packaging and Press for Partnering with PrintingSA on this Project

As Printing SA celebrates 115 years as the voice of the industry, we are proud to share this commitment with our members, stakeholders and partners. We thank the host companies for opening their workplaces to these apprentices and helping turn this investment into lasting opportunity.
