South Africans flying the SA flag at Le Mans 🇿🇦

Standing on the overall podium at the 24 Hours of Le Mans is one of the greatest achievements in world motorsport 🙌🏻

This weekend, Sheldon van der Linde achieved exactly that, finishing an incredible 2nd overall in the world's most famous endurance race after 24 hours of relentless competition 🔥

Also representing South Africa at Le Mans this weekend were Mikaeel Pitamber and Andrew Rackstraw, who both delivered very strong performances in the Road to Le Mans event, part of the Michelin Le Mans Cup championship 🙌🏻

South African talent continues to make its mark on the global endurance racing stage 🇿🇦💪

From Le Mans to Monza, South African endurance racing talent will be taking on some of the world's biggest stages this weekend. 🇿🇦🏁

Sheldon van der Linde will compete in the iconic 24 Hours of Le Mans with BMW M Team WRT in the No. 20 BMW M Hybrid V8.

Marius Jackson will take on the Italian GT Endurance Championship at Monza with Attempto Racing in his Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO2.

Andrew Rackstraw will represent South Africa in the Michelin Le Mans Cup with High Class Racing aboard the No. 49 Ligier JS P325 Toyota.

Entries are now open for the Southern African Endurance Series Six Hours of Killarney race weekend, taking place on 31 July and 1 August 2026 🙌🏼

The event will feature a full programme of endurance and sprint racing, including Sports & GT, GT Cup, motorcycle categories, and additional support races, giving competitors plenty of valuable track time throughout the weekend.

Whether you're building experience, developing a new package, competing for championship points, or simply looking for quality seat time at one of South Africa's most iconic circuits, Killarney offers an opportunity to do exactly that 😌

Many of you will recognise these names from the SAES grid. 👏🇿🇦

This weekend, Xolile Letlaka and Axcil Jefferies represented South African endurance racing on the international stage at Misano, competing in the International GT Open with Into Africa Racing by Dragon Racing.

The pair delivered a strong performance across the weekend, bringing home P6 in Race 1 and improving to P5 in Race 2 against a highly competitive international field.

It's always special to see drivers who race in the Southern African Endurance Series taking on some of the world's best circuits and championships. Their success is a reminder of the talent that exists within South African motorsport and the pathways available from our local paddocks to international competition.

This weekend, South African talent will once again be flying the flag in international endurance racing 🇿🇦🏁

At Misano in Italy, Xolile Letlaka and Axcil Jefferies return to action in the International GT Open Championship, sharing the Into Africa Racing Ferrari 296 GT3 as they take on one of Europe's most competitive GT racing grids.

The pair arrive at Misano with momentum on their side after recently securing a Pro-Am podium at the circuit in the Italian GT Championship and will be looking to continue that strong form this weekend. 🙌🏼

Competing aboard a Honda Fireblade with Vicky & Kirk Racing / AN Racing, Bradley Radestock continues making his mark within the MRSSA category at SAES race weekends 🏍️

From battling through competitive grids to sharpening his pace at circuits like Zwartkops Raceway, Bradley is part of a growing group of riders pushing South African motorcycle racing forward every time they line up on the grid.
