An epic performance from Divan van Wyk sees him crowned Main Event champion after an incredible run through one of the biggest fields of the series.

Divan battled through tough spots all tournament long and stepped up when it mattered most, eventually closing it out in a heads-up deal with Muaaz Gani.

The victory marks a massive moment in his young poker career, with Divan walking away with the title and a huge R775,000 score.
