The Management and Team at Barcelos Kyalami apologise to our patrons for the shoddy and unprofessional service received last Thursday evening (04/12). We understand people had to wait far too long for their orders and perhaps received incorrect orders which can be annoying and frustrating.
Due to the unexpected Load shedding in the Kyalami area last night, we were overwhelmed with your support and could not cope with the demand hence comprising the excellent service we are so well known for.
However, without looking for any excuses we Humbly Apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Going forward, we obtained the official load shedding timetable and will endeavour to be more prepared for these occasions.
