The summit brings together industry leaders and partners from around the world to connect, collaborate, and exchange insights on the evolving operations landscape in exhibition and event logistics.

We look forward to the valuable discussions, new connections, and opportunities ahead.

We're proud to have donated 50 pairs of school shoes to children in need at the Securex 2025 exhibition held at Gallagher Convention Centre. Our colleagues, Jerome Jacobs and Tinyiko Khoza, handed over the shoes, ensuring these young learners won't face the cold winter months barefoot.

In Loving Memory of Azaria Mashaba

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Azaria Mashaba. He touched our lives in so many meaningful ways and will be deeply missed.

Azaria, affectionately known as “Zakes,” was a phenomenal individual who completed our team. He was known for his unwavering work ethic, his dedication, and always offering a helping hand, all while wearing a smile.

As we reflect on our time with Zakes, we are reminded of the profound impact he had on all of us. Whether through his work or personal interactions, he made a difference and leaves behind a lasting legacy.

During this difficult time, we extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones. Let us honor Azaria by keeping his spirit alive in our hearts and in the work we continue to do.

We are thrilled to announce that King Cargo was appointed as one of the official freight handling agents for Africa’s biggest exhibition, the Electra Mining exhibition, held at the Johannesburg Expo Centre - NASREC! 🎉

With close to 1,000 exhibitors showcasing their innovations, our dedicated team at King Cargo was proud to provide onsite freight handling, rigging, and imports & exports of international shipments for foreign companies. 🚚✈️

A huge thank you to our experienced team for their hard work and commitment, ensuring yet another successful exhibition for all participants. Together, we made it happen! 💪✨

Successful Export of South African-Built Rally Car to Brazil for Sertões Rally

in collaboration with in São Paulo, has successfully facilitated the export of a South African-manufactured rally car to Brazil for participation in the Sertões Rally. This complex logistics operation involved several critical elements.

Mike Weeks from was instrumental in the coordination of this project, overseeing interactions between the client, the airline, and . His role ensured that all logistical requirements and airline specifications were meticulously met.

To comply with airline regulations, the rally car was partially disassembled and precisely loaded onto an Airline PMC (Palletized Modular Container). Careful positioning was required to ensure that the final packed dimensions of the car adhered to the maximum load limits of the aircraft.

The rally car was transported via a direct 10.5-hour flight with South African Airways from Johannesburg to São Paulo. This direct route was chosen to minimize transit time and reduce potential risks associated with the journey.

The careful planning and ex*****on of the logistics ensured that the rally car arrived safely in São Paulo, meeting all deadlines and preparing for its entry into the Sertões Rally.

This operation underscores the critical role of detailed planning and coordination in the management of specialized international shipments.

Another successful Africa Health - Med Lab Africa 2023!

King Cargo Projects recently managed the movement of a Mirage Fighter Jet for a private client.

The dismantled Fighter Jet travelled 1600 kms by road and was succesfully delivered to its new owner.
