Living Free

Goodness what a whirlwind since part one of my story. Life is intense at times and will test you that is for sure.
To follow on from part one and the start of my journey I weighed 83kg was unable to breathe without panting, which I must add is very distressing. I felt like my lungs were in a plastic wrapping and I could not expand them. I was told by many people oh you asthmatic!
Something I refused to believe or accept.
Never the less something had to change so after doing a lot of investigation I found Bemer could increase lung partial pressure, so I started using it religiously and it really made a difference.
It was then, time to start exercising so I got myself a treadmill and started interval training slowly as I began to increase circulation, I started to loose weight the Bemer opened up all the paths for blood and oxygen and my muscles came alive it was a very good feeling, I was getting an endorphin release with every session on the treadmill followed by Bemer.
This all resulted in me loosing 8kg and felling great. Life was good. 😊
