Sunday chilled vibes...roast of note....

Everything is flowering, the feeling is bright and growing even though the snow is visible . Forgot to wash the sprouts yesterday for our grilled prawn starter rapped in butter lettuce ,flavoured with ginger , lemon grass and pan roasted in coconut oil sesame seeds.

Exciting things taking place....

Such an exciting day today! We got to show the kids some snow up at Notties, but I also had a chance to pop in and see how the new showroom is shaping up. Thank you so much to James and Julie and your fantastic team at Hurst Projects for all your hard work in setting up this amazing collaboration and for getting this space ready.
