We currently have opportunities available for a Sports Betting Service 30 x Cashiers or Tellers, 2 x Supervisors and 1 x Store Manager at our Mafikeng Branch. Qualified candidates must be residents in the North West Province. Ideal hire should share our passion for sports, great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard. Previous experience an advantage.
Successful candidates will be responsible for serving clients and ensuring reliable cash management, while at the same time adhering to the organisation’s high standard of customer service and teamwork.
Typical working hours include evening, weekend and public holiday shifts. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. Credit and criminal checks will be undertaken.

•Answer and direct telephone calls
•Communicate with customers, employees, and others to answer questions, address complaints, explain information, and take orders
•Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, telephone and voicemail systems, and computers
•Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing, and databases
•Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence
•Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions
•Type, format, proofread and edit documents from notes or dictation
•Prepare meeting agendas; attend meetings to take notes and write minutes
•Manage work schedules, calendars, and appointments
•Obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents, and records
•Completion of tender documents
• Seek quotes from suppliers or manufacturers
• Take inventory and order materials, supplies, and services as needed
•Troubleshoot problems that arise with office equipment
•Perform basic bookkeeping and banking transactions
•Prepare and mail bills, invoices, checks, and contracts
•Make travel arrangements for personnel

✔Providing every customer with world-class customer service.
✔Verbally interacts with every customer and ensuring customer satisfaction.
✔Ensuring the store performs daily and reaches set targets.
✔Ensuring turnover growth and profitability.
✔ Ensuring the store is well maintained and presentable at all times.
✔Administration duties (cash-up, stocktake, ordering/receiving) and operating POS system.
✔ Will be required to work most weekends and public holidays.
✔ Adhering to all company and store policies, procedures and instructions.
