I would love to take this opportunity to commend Ravi from your company.

My brother, Keith Kewley, looks like he is at the end of his battle with pancreatic cancer and has been battling with breathing. I approached his Oncologist who put me in touch with Ravi. It was extremely urgent that I organised the oxygen machine for my brother and Ravi contacted me very quickly and gave me the pricing and let me know the quicker I sent a Proof of Payment, the quicker he could act. I did the POP within 10 minutes and he then proceeded to install and teach the care giver (my mother-in-law) within the hour. WOW!!!!!

My mother-in-law spoke very highly of him and said he was both empathetic and helpful and might even have mentioned that he was a Super Star. In my dealings with him I have been extremely happy and impressed. Dear Michelle,

I refer to our telephone call yesterday and wish to confirm in writing my Thanks to you for your advice you gave me approximately 8 weeks ago, when my mom seemed to be a bit better and I wanted to return the oxygen.

At the time, I decided to take your advice and not return the oxygen as I knew that you had the experience with this sort of things.

You were 100% correct as when my mom took ill again, I needed it immediately and there would not have been time to reapply to Discovery.

Thank you once again for taking the time and trouble to call me that day .

Sadly my mom passed away on 27 March and thankfully having the oxygen made her passing more peaceful .

We received a call from Ansie yesterday, who informed us that she would be attending to the problem with our oxygen machine and arrived yesterday afternoon and quickly found that the machine was faulty and had a replacement machine which she expertly replaced and explained the operation of the new machine and had everything sorted out so professionally and efficient.

She was so polite and helpful and absolute pleasure.

When someone or something good, positive and excellent occurs or recognition or credit is due in this world, I like to communicate, inform the appropriate person to let him/her know, for their awareness and acknowledgement, of exceptional employees who indeed deserve validation, compliments, reward, encouragement and to be recognised as valuable assets to be nurtured, supported.

It is like my own pay forward incentive process to help companies and management thank their valuable employees for using their own initiative, being pro-active, delivering more than excellent, quality, high performance, timely, effective services, simply because these employees are customer, service, company and health focused and orientated.
They are naturally multi-talented, hold hybrid skill-sets all round, both soft and technical skills and experience, delivering a complete customer service delivery package, because they care about their job, which helps and serves vulnerable, helpless customers and their families with unfamiliar medical, equipment matters or issues to ensure deliver satisfaction, making a positive impact and difference to lives, that hold no independence, freedom or quality of life due to being at their last stage of life.

I am speaking above about your EcoMed role model employee John who is such an example. He goes the extra mile in providing fantastic services and support to his customers, their families, in a professional, friendly, courteous, patient, calm manner.

John rises to every challenge and overcomes, sorts out many complicated, scary, emotional, difficult, taxing medical and equipment scenarios, obstacles with customers, families and companies, their onsite staff who are not co-operative, do not learn from EcoMed provided training or care when mistakes are made, costing and impacting the customers.

I am managing all my Mum's affairs (Mrs Tambyn) remotely, as Mum is at RSVB, Frail care Centre.
It is extremely difficult, tedious, packed with ongoing, never ending issues and John is my Hero, also Richard, my saving grace, both who keeps me sane, Michelle too is part of the team. Knowing I can rely on them and EcoMed to save the day with right medical or equipment information for Mum, keeping me informed through whatsapp and email, helping me to stay on top of payments and in touch with changes, my eyes and ears with goings on and what should be. I often land in the middle between what both sides say or do which is confusing and hard to decipher the truth or facts amidst the blame of who does what, like equipment inspections, medical supplies, training etc., when I am just trying to do what is right, needed for Mum so all runs smoothly, efficiently and she is happy.

Thank you for your time and EcoMed support and services to my Mum and me.

Please personally thank John as his boss and take care of him as he is precious and rare in this world today.

During the inaugural day festivities at the University of the Free State in Bloemfontein on 1st of February 2024, Ecomed Medical was honored to donate a cutting-edge Mindray SV600 ventilator to the university.

This generous donation was celebrated with a symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by 500 first year students, representatives from UFS, esteemed faculty members, Ecomed Medical and Mindray.
