1. Verander jou gedagtes na positiewe denke. Jou ingesteldheid bepaal die uitkoms.
2. Maak opsommings. Deur 1 keer jou werk uit te skryf is gelyk aan om dit 7 keer te lees.
3. Leer met gekleurde glanspenne. Kleurkodering sal jou brein help om inligting ooreenkomstig te stoor.
4. Lees jou werk hardop. Jy is sowat 50% meer geneig om inligting te onthou wanneer jy dit hardop sê.
