Our tower on the Welkom road is damaged by wind we are busy with an alternative solution we should know if it works by tomorrow morning. Allanridge, Odendaalsrus and Riebeeckstad and surrounding areas are effected.

There is a major fiber break between Kroonstad and Parys, tech is on his way to start repairs. Down time will be several hours, and we will keep posting as we get updates on repairs.

Dear client we have an power problem on one of our main towers. We did replace batteries but it lasts for 3 hours only we will get the power restored asap.

We are experiencing a fault on one of our fibre lines we have reported it with Telkom and the problem is escalated. We are sorry for inconvenience coused and we will keep our app updated. Please visit support.compuking.co.za for the latest status.

If Telkom does not resolve the issue we will start to implement alternative solutions to get our clients connection stable.
