Our very own Founder, Jabu Umomcoach, attended a COMENSA KZN Roadshow held on the 25th and 26th of July at ONOMO Hotel in Durban.

Amongst the attendees were the COMENSA National Board Members, The KZN Chapter Leadership, members and aspiring members.

"Leadership is not only about driving results — it's about recognizing silent battles. Winter teaches us that beneath the cold surface, life still breathes. Be kind. Be present. Someone near you may be holding on by a thread."

As I navigate my own healing journey and after hearing of another soul lost to the weight of adversity, I am reminded that our greatest leadership isn’t always found in the boardroom — it is in our humanity.

🕊️ This season, let us be the kind of leaders who check in — not just on performance, but on people’s hearts. A warm word, a listening ear, or simply holding space for someone can make all the difference.
