In 2015, Zanele shook up the corporate world as Managing Director of Transcend Talent Management (TTM) - a specialist talent and executive placement agency for black businessmen and women. TTM helps its clients find top talent and assists top talent in finding positions in which they can flourish. TTM also has a strong database of potential black operational shareholders and managers for investee
companies. Heading up the business came as a natural choice following Zanele's passion for empowering black women and how plays a critical role in building and inclusive economy. In 2016, TTM partnered with Financial Mail for the publishing event of the Little Black Book, which heralds the achievements of a significant cross section of business leaders who have, against formidable odds, attained admirable levels of success. In 2017, TTM and Financial Mail partnered again to launch The Little Black Book and celebrate these individuals given that despite all the necessary stimulants, BEE has not delivered the expected higher numbers of black business leaders as part of the process of transforming our country. Zanele is a vocal figure about transformation in South Africa and has her finger on the pulse particularly about establishing and promoting the future of female leaders, thus she has been featured many publications as a thought leader in the national conversations around transformation and gender inequality.
