Halo is proud and excited to announce the launch of our new specialist firm, &Partner, a product, services and revenue design consultancy to help businesses reimagine the way they do things. Off the back of our successful collaboration between Exclusive Books and Uber Eats, the time is right now to launch a consultancy to help businesses innovate, survive and thrive through the short and medium term. There is no new normal. Change is the constant. But some businesses have experienced a decade of change in the past 3 months and few are equipped to deal with it. Without design thinking in a business, and reimagining how and what to serve a customer, companies will struggle. Right now it’s about cashflow and saving jobs. But opportunities exist for companies prepared to think differently about how they do things.

We called it &Partner for 2 reasons:
1. We incorporated a risk-based model into our pricing, allowing us to create a vested partnership with the businesses we consult to.
2. We know what we don’t know and will partner with specialist independent consultants where necessary.

We believe there has never been a more critical time for businesses to adopt critical and creative thinking.

Halo turns 10 today. What a ridiculous, fun, scary, anxious, inspirational and mental journey it’s been.

Today is certainly not the celebrations we were hoping to have (those will still happen) but there was still cake and 9am shots. It’s a crazy time as we figure out this new reality but still grateful to all the amazing people, clients, suppliers and partners who we get to create amazing things with and somehow call it work. Here’s to the next 10.
