If you, or someone you know, has had a fall in the last year, OR is fearful of having a fall, our program could be for you!

Reach our for more info if you are:
✅65 years or older, and particularly those who are 80 years or older
✅Mobile independently or with a walking devise
❌Not wheelchair bound
❌Do have suffer from dementia or cognitive impairment
❌Do not suffer from degenerative neurological conditions

Various trials showed a 30 - 40% reduction in falls as a result of this program, and this was still true a year after starting the program.

We have a holistic approach to evaluating risk and risk factors associated with falls in the elderly. We strive to help older people reduce their risk of falls through education, exercise and on-going support.

📢📢📢Help us keep our seniors independent, happy and moving with confidence, by passing on this information to anyone 60 and older, who would benefit.

(No-one is too old! Research shows those 80+ receive greatest fall risk reduction from this program!)
