‼️ Important Notice ‼️

Dear Entropy Clients,

*Medical Leave 29 April - 01 July 2025*

As you know, I have been struggling with my back and mobility for a while now. 2 weeks ago, I was admitted to hospital in extreme pain. I had torn my rotator cuff following a fall as well badly bruised by intercostal muscles.

During this time in hospital, I was assessed again by my team of medical professionals. They advised me that I can no longer put off a much-needed spinal surgery as there has been further deterioration.

At the end of April I will undergo a complex back surgery with an estimated 2-month recovery period. I am devastated to be stepping away from the studio, and my clients, for such an extended period of time - but know that my future health and wellbeing depend on it. I humbly ask for your support and understanding during this time.

There are a few remaining time slots available for appointments before I go off on medical leave. Please contact our reception to book your spot.

As a token of my appreciation for your patience and understanding, if my clients book their usual services with one of our other stylists whilst I am on leave, we will gift you a blow wave voucher for the Entropy Dry Bar. This will be valid for a 6-month period, enabling you to enjoy an added great hair day on a date of your choosing.

This has been a difficult and trying time for me; a very real concern for me has been the worry of letting down my loyal clients. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and frustration this may cause.

Exciting changes are afoot. Entropy's space is undergoing an extensive renovation from 01 March to 17 March 2025. Our first day back in studio will be Tuesday, 18 March 2025.

During this time, you can reach us via Whatsapp on 076 851 2550 (Shaleen) to book an appointment or adjust any existing appointments. Those with bookings during the renovation period have been contacted to reschedule their appointment.

We thank you for your patience during this time, and look forward to sharing our updated space with you. Please bear with us as we anticipate a minor adjustment period as everything settles post renovation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: DIDIER

On Sunday, Didier unfortunately broke his wrist when he tripped and fell at his home. As a result, he faces some limitations in terms of the treatments he is able to offer. Cuts and MK treatments will be personally supervised by Didier, with blow waves continuing to be executed by his assistants. He is still able to do all colour treatments.

This is obviously an incredibly frustrating setback for Didier, and we apologise for any inconvenience or frustration this causes for his loyal clients. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and hope that you know that every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction with your hair.
