Our Pop-in Service is all about offering a friendly check-in to make sure everything is well, while also spending some quality time together. Each visit can be tailored to suit individual needs and may include:

✔ Gentle walk in the neighbourhood

✔ Bringing in and sorting the post

✔ Checking that medication has been taken

✔ Preparing a snack or light meal

✔ Sharing a friendly conversation over tea or coffee

✔ Reminiscing and sharing stories or life experiences

✔ Accompaniment to social and/or medical appointments

✔ Monitoring home safety

Dewcare is hiring Basic Life Support (BLS) / Intermediate Life Support (ILS) professionals.

Valid HPCSA registration as a BLS or ILS practitioner
Current driver’s licence with PDrP
Relevant clinical/medical experience
