1 Life Rescue is a non-profit organisation whose primary purpose is to provide a support service to firstly all our uniform staff of our area, and also the community during times of disaster and need.

The deepest level of worship is praising God in spite of pain, thanking God during a trial, trusting him when tempted, surrendering while suffering, and loving him when he seems distant.
Your battle may be taking a long time, but right now, strength is coming into you, hope is coming into you. God is filling you with fresh vision, with courage, with energy and vitality. You will run and not be weary. You will walk and not faint. Stand strong in the Lord.

There is no shame in having depression. There is no difference between having depression and having flue or high blood pressure. There is treatment, and one can get help to have a fulfilled life and keep it under control. Please don't give up. Get help. We at 1 Life Rescue are here to help especially with men and women in uniform, or to advise or point in the right direction. But again PLEASE DONT GIVE UP. You are important and deserve to have a wonderful and fulfilled life. DEPRESSION DOESNT NEED TO HOLD YOU BACK
