not every bottle needs a big occasion. celebrate the small moments.
As we move into a quieter winter season on the farm, we have planted our winter cover crops between the vineyard rows as we prepare the soil for the season ahead, including the exciting addition of new vines that will soon be planted.
Beyond bringing a little green back into the vineyards over winter, these cover crops play an important role in naturally enriching and restoring the soil.
A slower season on the farm but an important one happening beneath the surface.
