Restaurant in the beautiful and historic town of Graaff-Reinet After Polka closed I worked from home with two trusted chefs.
All of us went through so many different experiences and emotions when confronted in 2020 with the huge upheaval caused by Covid-19. My experience was to end a chapter in my life which was immensely dear to me - I had to close Polka Restaurant. I will be forever grateful to the Van Jaarsveld family who believed in me and offered me an amazing opportunity to live out my dream. I did not write this
