Good evening all our valued customers. We have endured a catastrophe today. Our Valley tower has been blown down. The cables have ripped out of the foundation and the tower is on its side. We will do everything we can tomorrow to get service restored, but right now, it is beyond our control. We plead with you for understanding as we work through this crisis

Good evening everyone. There seems to be a major issue with a number of customer across a number of networks who are trying to use the NEDBANK banking app. It is not limited to Bluesky. Nedbank are aware of it and are working on the issue.

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Hyram Jacobus at the end of this comming week.
Hyram has been a wonderful member of the Bluesky team for a number of years, during which time he built up a great rapport with customers.
He will be missed, but we wish him all the best in his future endeavors. Go well young man............ Mooi Loop.
He will be replaced by Evan van Zyl, who is learning the ropes pretty quickly.

Wonderful rain all round, but its has come with quite a heavy price. Last week we had 6 days without sun, so our Solar system was under heavy strain.
Then yesterday evening we had a direct lightning strike to our main Graaff Reinet tower.
Our technicians are doing all they can to restore service.
We appreciate your understanding and recognize and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Good morning everyone. We live in a desert, where rain is a blessing, but sometimes, after 3 days without sunshine - there are consequences. One of these is that our solar systems cannot recharge. We are likely to experience some network outages related to lack of sunshine. Some of the mountain roads are inaccessible due to the heavy rain. Please be assured that we are doing all we can to restore service, but appeal for your understanding in the meantime.
