I promise I am still here and busy.

I made this decadent Rasberry Chocolate Mousse cake a few weeks ago for a special 30th birthday!
It was a first for me making a berry gel layer, white chocolate cremeux layer and the famous BlueSpoons chocolate cake and chocolate mousse.
I had a happy customer and that is that counts!
