Always a happy moment when we spot one of these in the garden. Loved it that my grandson said 'let me return him to his home' after we took the photo. Not just any tree; the exact same branch where he found it.

Desmond is at the helm of an ever-evolving garden & Philda runs the guesthouse, assisted by Thereasa. A good breakfast, a firm mattress, free WiFi, maybe a bathrobe, space for your luggage, a small fridge, good quality coffee in your room, a hairdryer, free secure parking, possibly an iron and ironing board … At Fairview Homestead, you’ll find that and more. Our bedrooms are individually decorated; all have a mix of contemporary and original features.
