From designing during the initial stages, to needle propping, ceiling adjustments, demolitions and stunning results.

Latest house restore.

Some fresh paint on the roof, walls and balustrades to protect it from the coastal breeze.

This home was in desperate need of some TLC.

All the timber was completely dried out and the deck and balustrades were beyond repair.

Our team gave it the attention it needed.

Giving a farm cottage some much needed attention and a facelift.

What's even more exciting is that we'll be going back to even make it better before year end.

First up this coastal home which received our attention on the following items:

Our office for today. What a privilege!

Unfortunately not all projects go according to plan.

We started this very challenging renovation, only to stop midway due to the client defaulting on payment.

A great pity, especially given the effort the team put in to make the best of an originally poorly constructed structure.

So we learn and move on.

Finishing off our end of 2024 project early in January. A bit of tiling, paving, rust paint effect on the fireplace wall and timber edging on the Boma area.

Converting the bath to a shower with minimum disruption to the rest of the bathroom.

The importance of keeping some spare tiles by the client made this possible.

Thanks to our project partners Sos Plumbing for all the pipe work and connections and to Outeniqua Aluminium Worx for the frameless shower panel.

It took a lot of blood, sweat and tears, but a fitting end to the year.

Just in time for our client to enjoy the area with their family.

Next year for some finishing touches. Thank you for a great client trusting us with their vision.
