Here are some interesting stats from Rolls from 2013:

-The Rolls-Royce range - consisting of the Ghost, Phantom and Wraith – exceeded revenue targets in 2013, boasting an increase of 30% over 2012.

-Although it’s first year in the market, Wraith models saw 90% of its customers purchase bespoke options.

-Middle-Eastern owners of both Ghost and Phantom models recorded the highest bespoke figures, with 99% of the models featuring personalised kit.

-Phantom models saw the most experimentation in the Rolls-Royce range – with 98% of North American customers and 95% of European owners requesting a series of unique features.

Torsten Müller-Ötvös, Chief Executive Officer, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, said: “This continuing growth in bespoke sales in 2013 proves the fact that Rolls-Royce is the home of bespoke in the luxury world.

“The success of this operation here at Goodwood continues to attract more discerning individuals from all over the world to our marque, and reaffirms our decision to expand our bespoke offer over the last three years.”

The cogs never stop turning over at Rolls-Royce when it comes to new ideas and concepts. For example, just look at the new Waterspeed Collection special editions – they are inspired by a 1937 Rolls-Royce Bluebird K3 boat.
