HKLM's Latest Brand Transformation: The Tengile MalaMala Collection Launch
We are proud to announce our partnership in the launch of the Tengile MalaMala Collection, a significant new chapter in the Sabi Sand's luxury safari landscape.
We undertook a complete brand refresh of the newly launched Tengile MalaMala Collection, encompassing a new logo, a comprehensive corporate identity, website development, and all content and photoshoots.
The Tengile MalaMala Collection brings together two iconic reserves, offering unparalleled privacy and exceptional wildlife viewing along 20km of the Sand River.
At the heart of the brand is the philosophy of Ntumbuluko, a Shangaan principle rooted in a deep respect for nature and a commitment to preserving the delicate balance of the ecosystem. This ethos guides both the guest experience and the partnership between private stewardship and the local community, ensuring that when people prosper, so too does the wilderness.
This project truly embodies how strategic branding can elevate a vision built on deep purpose and unique value.

New work for Valterra Platinum đ„
As a new player in the PGM sector, Valterra Platinum responsibly unearths, processes, and markets essential metals that power innovation and progress. Combining decades of expertise, performance, and precision, their purpose is clear: unearthing value to better our world.
The logo we created reflects themes of earth, sediment, African vibrancy, agility, natural landscape, freedom, and extraction. Its colours are also inspired by natural landscapes and the distinctive hue of platinum. The name Valterra combines Val, for value, and Terra, which is the Latin word for earth, capturing how the brand creates value for people, society, and the environment through the extraction of minerals from the earth.
A big thank you to Anglo American Platinum for trusting HKLM Branding with another big project, and a HUGE thank you to our amazing orange team for their consistently exceptional work. MORE REVEALS TO COME!
