Grant Petersen has been in the building industry since 1987 and saw that there was a lack of quality customer orientated building professionals. Therefore, Universal Building Projects is motivated to provide all their customers with a transparent relationship and a service which is of reasonable quality

After its inception Universal Building Projects grew from strength to strength, completing many building projects, from the very small to the very large such as buildings for blue chip such as IBM, Pick ‘n Pay and Boardmans.
