Sales Executive (Office Automation product XEROX)
To achieve the sales target assigned to the specific portfolio by implementing sales strategies which fully satisfy the Company and Customer requirements whilst maintaining a high level professionalism and customer satisfaction.
KPI’s
Finance:
Ensure that the revenue / GP targets are met
To ensure that the annual revenue and unit targets for the portfolio are achieved through consistent revenue performance.
To maximise profit share on all deals in order to ensure the correct level of profitability is attained in area of responsibility.
Customers
Actively call and cover area and customer target in KZN area.
Customer development, management and retention
Ownership of the end-to-end customer fulfilment process
Exhibit a proactive approach in attending to customer problems and needs and avoidance of customer dissatisfaction, to display total commitment in putting the customer first.
Internal Process
Selling of Xerox technology and services-led solutions
To protect and manage the M.I.F in the specified accounts and, through strategic account review and account planning, grow the M.I.F base as directed.
To co-operate with sales colleagues and other appropriate functions to ensure that the team target is achieved and to maximise customer service.
To accurately and timeously complete and process all documentation and administration (Diary, Contracts etc).
To maintain and develop a high level of Xerox and competitive product knowledge.
Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12
Sales and Marketing - Would be advantageous
Experience
Basic financial acumen
Xerox or competitive product knowledge would be advantageous
Sales experience within the Office Automation or ICT sector (3-5 Years)
Work with Senior Mid Corporate sales Execs on a documented account matrix to identify target mid corporate accounts.
• Call clients on matrix and engage with IT managers or senior management to make appointments,
• When required send relevant e mail campaigns, and documents to get clients attention.
• The drive and focus for this is to target at least 3 - 5 appointments a day for senior sales exec to engage with, and quote where possible.
• Track sales leads passed onto sales team, and document progress of engagement.
• Update all data on matrix documents document when calling and get all details of client, e mail addresses, contact details etc and input to matrix document
• Continuously study Xerox equipment brochures, and also online sales and customer engagement approaches etc

Basic financial acumen

Sales or Technical Support experience (3-5 Years)
Excellent Telephone manner and etiquette
Qualifications
