ROOKIE ALERT! 🚨 I spent some time the past few days putting together a few things I learned along the way while painting my first mural. The entire process was a massive learning curve with many moments of frustration and confusion, but all in all this was ultimately a hugely rewarding process. I’m totally new to this but I trust these notes might help anyone that is keen to paint a mural for the first time.

I’ve been wanting to paint a mural for ages but I’ve been putting it off for a variety of stupid reasons...so I finally set aside any nervousness and approached my good mate of about glamming up a wall in her lil coffee shop. Custom logotype for a recent packaging project for clients of ours In Mozambique 🇲🇿 We tweaked and rounded some of the letters, added gaps in others and worked in a few “milk drops” here and there.

Packaging shots from a recent project of ours for our clients in Mozambique 🇲🇿 We opted for a bold colour palette based on colours from the Mozambican flag for maximum shelf standout and recognition, rather than the standard blues and greens synonymous with milk packaging. These colours also exist in the countries international soccer kit, further relying on the affinity locals already have for these colours.
