1 small onion sliced
red and yellow pepper slices
dhania
1 tablespoon oil
1 tsp ginger garlic

Method:
1.In a bowl add chops with Harissa Paste ginger/garlic paste, olive oil, salt and pepper and leave aside for 30min.
2.Quarter potatoes and steam in microwave.
3.Heat pan add oil and fry chops for 15 min turning till golden on each side.Remove from pan set aside.
4.In same pan add the onions to fry.Add the steamed potatoes to the same bowl the chops were in and toss with the remaining spices.Once onions are browned add potatoes. Allow to fry for 5min before adding 100ml water allow to steam.

This ia my CACTUS FRIENDSHIP !
This friendship has gone through so much from weddings ,loss ,to babies to different time zones but still it works.
A "cactus friendship" is a low-maintenance bond. These are friends you do not need to "water" (contact or see) every day. Despite long periods of silence, the connection remains strong, and you can instantly pick up where you left off when you reconnect.
And this is exactly true of my sisters.Thank you both for all the love ,laughter ,support and incredible memeories over the years.Love you girls to the moon and back.
This combo is just elite ! If you know you know ;)

PSA :Weather today calls for some Biryani ....
Biryani is truly an expression of love.So here is your sign to make some today.
Two weeks ago it was Mum's birthday and a week prior she had the dreaded cold that is doing the rounds. She insisted on not wanting a cake for her birthday.
BUT do you think Bakes by Yuthika would let me not celebrate my mum.So literally 4 days before I gave in and ordered a cake.I was not even sure what design I wanted and when it came to colour I said orange and it had to be a vanilla cake.
So when Yuthika arrived with this beautiful cake with these stunning orange roses ,I honestly did not know if it was a cake or just flowers in a fancy arrangement.
Mum simply loved her Birthday Cake.It was simple yet so elegant. And as for the vanilla sponge next level yum.Thank you Yuthika for making every celebration in our home just so special with your beautiful creations.
