Call Centre Partner Opportunity – Short-Term Insurance (South Africa)

We operate in the short-term insurance lead generation sector and are expanding our delivery capacity.

We are inviting established call centres / BPOs to partner with us as dialling centres on an active, proven campaign.

We provide:
• The campaign and buyer relationship
• Scripts, processes, and tracking systems
• QA criteria and performance reporting

You provide:
• Trained outbound agents
• Supervisory and quality control capacity
• Consistent dialling volumes

Commercial terms will be discussed directly with shortlisted partners.

This opportunity is best suited to centres with outbound sales or insurance experience looking to add a stable, scalable campaign to their operation.

Basic salary+bonus+uncapped commission+incentives.
