Completed FETC in Real Estate at Level NQF 4 or higher Degree or Diploma
Competence from Services SETA
Must have their own vehicle
Driver’s License
Sales experience

Punctuality is a must
Reliable cell phone


Salary/Bonuses/Benefits


Living allowance of R12 500

Commission based Salary ( 10% on the profit of each sale )

Top 2 sales agents will be given a petrol allowance of R2 000
Creative Monthly Incentives

Top sales agent receives an additional R20 000 added to their commission ( Ranking done monthly )

Sales agents who complete 2 sales within 10 working days will receive R10 000 additional to their commission
