Keep your eye on the ball, do your own little revisions and fitness, cause coming soon to a computer/cellphone near you, classes in your own home...

Time for some feedback. So after 2 very long and hard days... PHOENIX had 8 out of 10 competitors receiving medals. In the 8, we brought home 7 World Champs...

Bosabum-nim Cleyvon had a tough battle and received a Bronze medal for patterns and a joined Gold medal for sparring.

Bosabum-nim Rochelle De Beer, was unfortunetly one of the two students who didnt bring home any medals, but she gained experience, which is something that no one can take away.

As they say not everything is about winning or loosing, it is what you take home with you, that counts.
