Sometimes you just have to start or end with something simple to get to that level you want to go. You don’t always have to do fancy things just do the basics if you want to win.

The rest will come like a snow ball. For example like showing up at the gym at least 5 times a week or doing the most basic exercise you can do at the beginning or end of your workout.

Being too fancy can cost you too much time and unnecessary resources. What fancy habits do you have that are holding you back in life?

If you really want to push yourself to the next level you need a good cardiovascular system even if the aim is to build size and strength.

This is actually for the guys that have a bad smoking habit and believe they can peak while smoking. Think again. If you think your performance is good now it will be way better if you quit the ci******es.

I am not just reading this s**t I also smoked and it really causes your performance to drop at least 50% and I actually do have empathy for people that have bad habits ,but if its effecting your health you need to set deadlines and say enough is enough!

If your trainer is telling you it is fine to smoke while you train on his watch please fire him come and train with me. I will put you on a level that your own mother won't recognize you anymore.

If you follow my workout and stick with my plan you will most likely not die ,but I can not make any promises.
