Protea sulphurea, also known as the sulphur sugarbush, is a flowering plant of the genus Protea in the family Proteaceae. It is endemic to the mountains of the Western Cape Province, South Africa, especially in the Witteberge and mountains close to Montagu where it is known for its stunning yellow flowers as this photos taken on the 3th of may, 2026

Kaneelduifiie / The Lemon dove or cinnamon dove (Aplopelia larvata) is a species of bird in the pigeon family Columbidae found in montane forests of sub-Saharan Africa. The lemon dove has a generally brownish-grey plumage with a cinnamon brown breast This specie was found 4 x this morning dwelling on the leaves while hiking the Kingfisher trail at Ebb & Flow, Wilderness, 7 April

Disa esterhuyseniae, commonly known as Esterhuysen's Disa, is a terrestrial orchid endemic to the mountains of the Western Cape in South Africa. It was first described in 1980 by South African botanist Harry Peter Linder. This species is a tuberous geophyte that primarily grows in the subtropical biome.
