The two interventions assist employees to be authentic and stand in their own truth while being Socially Aware of other peoples truth will sharing information and creating a shared pool of understanding and meaning

It is time to celebrate the privileges of what South Africa's Education system can offer us. We have various SETA's who offer skills development to different industries.

We had the privilege to upskill 400 professionals on Presentation and Public Speaking skills in the Financial Industry through FASSAT SETA in conjunction with Business Development Centre of Excellence (BDCE).

The experiential practical learning interventions provided fun while groups of sometimes more than 150 professionals were upskilled.
