There are orders, so here we go for the first batch.

A 6.35kg bag of chilies became 4.7kg of prepared chilies, some lost moisture before I started preparation. Then off to the food processor, into pots and the other secret ingredients added. Cooking it 1.5 hours. I wonder how many bottles will I get.
Update: 33 bottles
βn 6.35kg sak chilies het 4.7kg verwerkte chilies geword a.g.v. effense verdamping. Toe voedselverwerker toe, in potte in en die geheime bestandele begesit. Dit kook vir 1.5 uur. Ek wonder hoeveel botteltjies gaan ek kry.

First ripe batch. This will go into the freezer until I have enough to make a pot of sauce.
Eerste klopmie rypes gepluk. Dit gaan vrieskas toe tot ek genoeg het om βn pot sous kan maak.

The few plants which grew enough, 5, has some chilies. Donβt know what I did wrong that so few germinated.
