Gemini Networks staff have a combined experience of at least 55 years in the Information Technology field. Gemini Networks has gained business partners in main centres and is thereby represented nationally. We therefore offer extensive support throughout South Africa and it’s neighbours. We have succeeded in offering our clients real-time data processing and database access with a speed and efficiency that ensures a sound return on investment by using products like Citrix, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services as well as TSPlus.
To furthern leverage our customers' return on investments, Gemini Networks have made a considerable effort in offering Virtualisation Solutions to our customers with great success.
The industry has shown significant growth in Wireless Technologies, and with the increased demand from our technologically aware customers, we have completed installations in various configurations. We offer our clients scheduled maintenance and upgrades after hours, wherever possible, to avoid interference with their operations. We also supply loan equipment to alleviate inconveniences and maintaining operability owing to mission critical equipment failure for the duration of the repairs.
It is because of our success in achieving a response time of below two hours, as well as our ability to solve more than 95% of all reported faults, that we have built a reputation for support and service.
