Get Prop Estate Agency is seeking a professional and self-motivated Rental Agent to join our well-established and expanding real estate team. This is a work-from-home opportunity that offers strong earning potential, ongoing support, and long-term career growth.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, managing properties, and thriving in a professional and fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Expand and manage the rental portfolio
* Handle tenant enquiries, emails, and leads
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Manage tenant applications, inspections, and handovers
* Maintain regular communication with clients and tenants
* Identify and report maintenance or compliance issues
* Provide professional client service and weekly reporting

Requirements
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
• PPRA registration (or actively in the process of registering)
• NQF4 qualification
• PDE4 successfully completed
• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate
• Strong understanding of the residential rental market
• Previous residential letting or property experience (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Computer literate (email and basic property systems)
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
