A day of connection, celebration and a little nostalgia.

From sharing good food to enjoying each other’s company, our latest 𝗜-𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 Function was a wonderful reminder of what makes Signify special: our people, our clients and the impact we create together.

In true Signify tradition, our BE Team shared exciting updates about some of our newest clients, along with positive feedback on the impact our team is making.

Our eLearning Team then showcased some of their latest work — combining creativity with thoughtful, intellectual approaches that truly blew us away.

We also celebrated colleagues reaching 5, 10 and 15 years with Signify. These milestones are a wonderful opportunity to recognise and appreciate the contributions they’ve made along the way.

And to end the day on a high, John challenged us to “Guess Who?” using our baby photos. 👶😂 A lot of laughs later, it was pretty special to see just how far each of us has come.

Because at Signify, it’s not only about what we do.

On Saturday morning, the crew hit the runways at Swartkop Air Force Base for the Spirit of Flight race.

Some took on the 10K and raced for a new personal best. Others walked the 5K, catching up and enjoying the morning together. Different paces. Different goals. Different journeys.

But the important part? Everyone showed up.

And that’s what we value at Signify. Showing up for yourself and showing up for each other.
