We are seeking an innovative marketing manager/social media specialist to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget, creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties, as well as preparing forecasts.
To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager/social media specialist will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Generating new business leads.
• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
• Increasing brand awareness, market share and managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, public relations, and production departments.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
• Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, journalism, mass communication or related filed.
• A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• At least two years' experience as a marketing manager, social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
